1. You hereby agree to pay the balance 50% amount and the same will be paid on the delivery day without any credit sight requirement.

2. Final order will be delivered only after receiving the payments.

3. Once the product gets printed and/or ready, no further request for changes in the artwork or alterations in the size will be entertained.

4. While filling up this requisition form, you hereby allow Portraitsguru to showcase the finished artworks in the display gallery or on the home page of the website. This consent will be considered as a ‘no objection certificate’ from you to utilize the finished creative for promotional purpose.

5. Duplication or imitation of the artwork is not allowed without prior permission of Portaritguru.

6. Providing soft copy of the original creative will be at the sole discretion of Portraitsguru.

7. An additional copy of artwork or an additional frame shall be provided at an additional fee and required turnaround time will be required for the same.

8. You hereby allow Portraitsguru to send promotional messages on your phone number and mark customer service or promotion related emails to the registered email ID.

9. Till the time advance amount does not get credited, order will not be considered as final and the creative work will not be initiated.

10. Providing details like contact number and important days e.g. Birthday/Anniversary day is optional in nature. This data will be utilised to convey our offering and discounts which will be exclusive for you. These details will be kept confidential by our team.
